I know that this article was written seven years ago. Though we don't have details about it, I am hoping that 7th Holi Utsav Cultural Program was a huge success! We can only consider an event as a successful one if a lot of people went to see how good it was. Though I have a feeling that 7th Holi Utsav Cultural Program might be alienating for some, I am pretty sure that a lot of people got curious and still chose to go there!
